Port to door
Clearing the cargo is only part of the job. It still has to be loaded, transported, off-loaded and handed to the right person. We run that leg ourselves as part of the booking, so your family does not have to arrange a truck or spend days at the port.
Coverage
Monrovia and Montserrado
Paynesville, ELWA, Sinkor, Congo Town, Central Monrovia, Duala, New Kru Town, Brewerville, Caldwell, Johnsonville, Barnersville and surrounding communities. Usually delivered within a few working days of port release.
Upcountry
Kakata, Buchanan, Gbarnga, Ganta, Zwedru, Voinjama, Harper, Greenville, Robertsport, Tubmanburg, Bopolu, Sanniquellie, Fish Town, Cestos City and surrounding towns. Scheduled by route, so give us the nearest major town.

How a delivery runs
We call the consignee
Once the cargo is released, we phone the person you named to agree a day and confirm the address.
Loading
Pieces are checked against the packing list as they are loaded. Upcountry deliveries are grouped by route to reduce cost.
Delivery
Our team off-loads at ground level at the address.
ID check and signature
The consignee presents photo ID matching the shipment and signs. We confirm the delivery to you.
Practical notes
- Give us two working phone numbers for the consignee. Unreachable consignees are the main cause of failed deliveries.
- Some upcountry routes slow down in the rainy season, May to October. We will tell you if it affects your delivery window.
- Cargo is held free at our Paynesville warehouse for an agreed period if the consignee is not ready. Storage is charged daily after that.
- The consignee can be changed in writing before delivery is attempted. We do not release cargo to a name that does not match our instructions.
